About
Welcome to Newhaven Youth for Christ
Hey there! We are a group of volunteers from local churches in Newhaven with a heart for young people in our town. Newhaven Youth For Christ is a registered charity. Our Centre Director and youth worker is Sara Alexander.
​Newhaven YFC has been at the forefront of making a difference in children’s lives for years. Located at Newhaven in East Sussex, We work with young people through youth clubs, schoolswork and mentoring. We encourage young leaders to take responsibility and encourage their skills. We also run joint monthly youth worship services with youth leaders from several local churches.

Newhaven Youth for Christ is a registered charity set up in 2016. We are funded through donations, grants and partner churches.

Everyone is welcome to attend our groups, whether you'd describe yourself as a Christian or not.
Joint Youth Service
Join us on the third Sunday of each month for a youth worship service which moves around churches in Newhaven and Seaford.

May Camp
Every year we take young people to May Camp for three days of worship, teaching, sports, and crazy fun with Christian young people from across Sussex. We enjoy a reunion once a year in November and regularly take a road trip to other Christian youth events.
Thursday Youth
St Michael's Church Hall, Church Hill, Newhaven. 6pm-7:30pm Only £1!
We try to do something different every week from baking to playing fun games or quizzes alongside the usual table tennis and pool. A hot meal is also provided each week.
